Do I need to be flexible or experienced?

Is there a weight limit?
Yes. Our hammocks are designed to support up to 120–130 kg safely. Safety is our priority.
What should I wear?
Fitted workout clothes are ideal—leggings full-length tops and no zippers or jewelry are recommended. Comfort + safety is the goal.
What if I’ve done Aerial Yoga before—will it be too basic?
